I'm biased, but these are the best sliders I've ever had. They're so delicious, budget friendly, and super easy to make. Perfect for football season, or really just about any season!
Tip: add a teaspoon of brown sugar to the butter mixture for a hint of sweetness 😊
Ingredients
12 dinner rolls (king’s Hawaiian is best but use whatever you like)
3/4 to 1lb pound thinly sliced ham
3/4 to 1lb pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1T dijon mustard
1t Worcestershire sauce
1T poppy seeds
2t onion powder
1/2 cup Mayo
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13” baking dish
Cut your rolls in half and spread the mayo evenly on both sides (or just one side depending on your preference)
Combine your melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire, poppy seeds, and onion powder. Set aside.
Place the bottom half of your rolls in your baking dish. Layer with ham and cheese until you run out. Place the tops back on and brush evenly with your butter mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove and bake for another 10-15min, or until cheese is melted.
Slice into individual sliders and enjoy!
